Session Cancellation Policy:

Therapy session cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid incurring a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session cost. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled without charge. This is to maintain a professional relation between you and your therapist and to respect each other's time and availability.

Purchases and Refunds:

All purchases for therapy sessions or other services are final. Refunds will not be provided for unused or missed sessions unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience any issues with scheduling or accessing services, please contact our support team at support@sanarte.eu for assistance.

Service Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify the terms of our services, including subscription plans, fees, or session policies, without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated through email or an update within your account dashboard or mobile application.
